KASPR processes your personal data to provide its services, when it is in our or our clients' legitimate interest to do so and when these interests are not overridden by your rights. Our and our clients' legitimate interests include: having information about potential business-customers organised in one searchable database; having access to up-to-date and complete information; being able to identify the individual that occupies a certain role within a B2B lead; enabling clients to only reach out to relevant contacts; being able to generate, and contact potential B2B leads in order to undertake forms of B2B marketing; the detection and prevention of fraud, misuse of services and money laundering; having access to aggregated statistical insights for the purpose of understanding patterns and trends; and for recruitment purposes. We collect the majority of our data from social networks such as LinkedIn, business directories such as Whois and GitHub and our data partners from time to time.

The categories of personal data collected on the Kaspr database include (among others):

• • Full Name;
  • Employer Company and Company Details;
  • Office Location (Country & City);
  • Business Telephone Number;
  • Business Email Address; and
  • Job Title.

As far as possible, your personal data are processed within the UK/European Union/European Economic Area. However, due to the global nature of our business, your personal data may be transferred to third parties outside of the UK/EU/EEA. When a third country does not provide an adequate level of protection, we ensure that the appropriate legal and/or contractual safeguards are in place for protecting your personal data, including Standard Contractual Clauses. KASPR will keep your personal data during 5 years from the last update of your business profile for accuracy reason. We delete your information before this retention period if you opt-out from our database.

You have the following rights on your personal data:

• 1. You have the right to ask the confirmation on whether we process your personal data including information on the use of your personal data and you have the right to ask copies of your personal data.
  2. You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format to another data controller where technically feasible, or to you, in certain circumstances.
  3. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. In particular, you can object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing.
  4. You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data in certain circumstances.
  5. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate or incomplete.
  6. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
  7. You have the right to ask us to erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
